My name is Svetlana, and I’m delighted to welcome you to my travel blog. I’ve had the incredible privilege of exploring approximately 70 countries across Asia, Europe, Latin America, North America, Australia, and Africa. While each destination holds a special place in my heart, there’s something truly enchanting about the Asian region, with Japan and South Korea stealing the spotlight as my favorites.
My love for the Far East led me to embark on a linguistic adventure. I dabbled in Chinese and Korean, but it was the graceful beauty of the Japanese language that truly captured my heart. My journey took me to the mesmerizing city of Kyoto in 2018, where I immersed myself in the culture and studied the language. The experience was nothing short of transformative, and it ignited my passion for Japan.

Beyond my travels and physical pursuits, I’m an ardent lover of photography. There’s something magical about preserving fleeting moments in a frame, and my camera is a constant companion on my journeys. I’m an avid runner, tennis player, and a mountain skiing enthusiast. The depths of the ocean also call to me, and I dream of one day dedicating myself to the art of capturing underwater moments in a professional capacity.
